Charges other than the product price
We cover shipping costs. Shipping is free throughout Japan.
The only additional charge you may incur is your bank's transfer fee if you choose bank transfer.

We are not registered as a qualified invoice issuer and cannot issue qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system.
Business customers intending to claim input tax credits should bear this in mind.
Receipts
The automatic order confirmation email acknowledges your order; it is not a receipt.
If you need a receipt, please contact us by email. We will issue a PDF receipt after confirming payment.

Each item is packed by hand, so please allow time for preparation. Arrival may be delayed by weather, traffic or the delivery location.
Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch by emailing mail@kaede-nachi.com.
We cannot accept cancellations after dispatch.
Defective or incorrect items
As a rule, we do not accept returns for personal reasons.
If an item is defective or you receive something other than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to the designated address in Japan. See our Refund policy for details.
Deadline for contacting us about a return
Within 7 days of delivery to the designated address in Japan, for defective or incorrect items. If you use a proxy shopping or parcel forwarding service, this period starts on arrival at the warehouse or other delivery address in Japan. After you contact us within this period, we will provide return instructions.

We mainly offer one-of-a-kind pieces, so quantities may be limited.
