Orders are delivered by Japan Post (Yu-Pack).

Shipping costs
We cover shipping costs. Shipping is free throughout Japan.

Dispatch times
We dispatch within 7 days of your order, or within 7 days of confirming payment for bank transfers.
Each item is packed by hand, so please allow time for preparation.
Arrival may be delayed by weather, traffic or the delivery location.

Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch by emailing mail@kaede-nachi.com.

Ordering from outside Japan

We currently deliver to addresses in Japan. If you live overseas, you may be able to use an independent parcel forwarding service such as tenso.com.

After registering with tenso.com, place your order in our online store using the Japanese delivery address provided by the service. We send your order to that address, and tenso.com arranges onward delivery to you overseas.

Before ordering, please check tenso.com's service terms and confirm that it can forward the item to your country.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to the designated address or warehouse in Japan, not from the date of receipt overseas. Please see our Refund policy for details.
